The evening will begin with a flight of wine and charcuterie, then be rounded out by a crunchy seasonal salad and homemade baguettes. We’ll conclude together as we dine on our amazing, handmade creations!

Rose Miano of Cucina Pazza will teach you how to prepare fresh scallops alongside garden-fresh ingredients. You’ll be tasting like a pro with Kelly and Candace Mantel of Pour People providing education and instruction while serving a flight of specially selected wines for the evening.
