Wine + Dine: Gnocchi Workshop [Featuring Jeremy Wine Co.]

Join us for our upcoming Wine + Dine: Gnocchi Workshop. The classic Italian pasta, gnocchi is a Northern Italian specialty that can be found all over the peninsula. The name gnocchi has been speculated to come from the Italian word ‘nocca’ meaning knuckles which coincidentally describes the small, tight, rounded dumpling. Participate in this hands-on activity to create your own gnocchi from scratch and by hand with the guidance of Rose Miano of Cucina Pazza. What’s more, you’ll also learn the secrets of the perfect Italian sauce. Kelly Mantel of Pour People will serve a flight of specially selected wines from Jeremy Wine Co. (Lodi, CA), provide education on the wine and winemaker, pairing basics and the art of wine tasting like a pro.
