Wine + Dine Workshop: Ravioli [Featuring Jeremy Wine Co.]

Join us at Gather in Modesto for a Wine and Dine: Ravioli Workshop featuring Jeremy Wine Company. Rose Miano of Cucina Pazza will teach you how to prepare fresh potato and cheese ravioli filled with flavor-packed ingredients and finished with a delicious mushroom sauce. Kelly and Candace Mantel of Pour People will serve a flight of specially selected wines, provide education on the wine and winemaker, pairing basics and the art of wine tasting like a pro.

This fun and safe (socially distanced) experience will be rounded out by a crunchy seasonal salad and together, we’ll dine on our amazing creations.

What to expect:

Great food and wine is about more than recipes—it’s about techniques. Together with other students, you’ll:

• Gain a Greater Understanding of Wine
• Enjoy Your Tasty Creation

Considerations:

• Hair Tied Back
• Wear an Apron
• Attendees will be seated at least 6 feet apart
• All attendees will be required to wash their hands before the workshop begins
• Wear a mask when not seated
• Event Duration is 2 hours
• Bring an Appetite and a Smile!
