The evening will begin with a flight of wine and charcuterie, then be rounded out by a crunchy seasonal salad and homemade baguettes. We’ll conclude together as we dine on our amazing, handmade creations!
Rose Miano of Cucina Pazza will teach you how to prepare fresh, handmade pasta and zesty shrimp with garden-fresh ingredients. You’ll be tasting like a pro with Kelly and Candace Mantel of Pour People providing education and instruction while serving a flight of specially selected wines from Diora Wines, Monterey Coast.

What to expect:
Pairing great food and wine is about more than recipes—it’s about techniques. In our classes, you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by professional instructors. You can expect to:
