Wine + Dine Workshop: Bolognese Gnocchi [Featuring Vina Moda Winery]

Join us for our upcoming Wine + Dine Workshop on February 4th at Gather in Modesto.

Rose Miano of Cucina Pazza will teach you how to prepare fresh and authentic bolognese gnocchi made with garden-fresh ingredients. Kelly & Candace Mantel of Pour People will serve a flight of specially selected wines from Vina Moda Winery (Murphys, CA), provide education on the wine and winemaker, pairing basics, and the art of wine tasting like a pro.

The experience will begin with a flight of wine and charcuterie, then be rounded out by a crunchy seasonal salad and homemade baguettes. We’ll conclude together as we dine on our amazing creations.

What to expect:
