Many are familiar with traditional pesto. In this workshop, you will learn how simple it is to make this tasty sauce. Pistachio pesto is very popular in Sicily (heritage). I promise you will love this twist! Warm chocolate lava flowing out of a warm chocolate cake. Perfection!! In this workshop you will learn the secret of making this decadent dessert. Once you sign up for this fun class you will receive an invitation to a private Zoom meeting. You will log into the meeting from your computer and Rose Miano with Cucina Pazza will be there to teach you everything your need to know to make this delicious dish!
What we Provide (these items will be delivered to your home between 11:00 and 1:00 on Friday, May 15th)
- Fresh basil leaves
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Pistachios
- Garlic
- Roma tomato
- Sciabica olive oil
- Fresh lemon juice
- Linguine
- Unsalted butter
- Semisweet chocolate
- Eggs
- Sugar
- All-purpose flour
What you provide:
- 2-3 sharp knives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A blender, grinder, food processor or a mortar and pestle
- Stock pot
- Pasta strainer
- Water (to boil pasta)
- Whipped cream
- Fresh berries
- Ice cream for serving
- A double boiler or heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water
- A second bowl
- 4 small ramekins
- Baking sheets
- Hot pads
